Terms of Service

1. Overview

Linelabs (“the Service”) is an independent informational and analytics platform for sports bettors. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Linelabs, a business based in Tennessee (“Linelabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free members, and paid subscribers.

These terms contain a binding individual-arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver (Section 12) that affect how disputes between you and Linelabs are resolved. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. The Service is intended for use in the United States.

Sports wagering is regulated at the state level. It is legal only in certain states, is generally limited to individuals 21 years of age or older, and typically requires that you be physically located within a state where it is licensed. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you. Do not use any information from the Service to place a wager where doing so would be unlawful.

Linelabs does not verify your age, identity, location, or eligibility to bet, and does not restrict access based on your state. Accessing the Service does not mean sports wagering is legal where you are.

3. Not a Sportsbook; No Wagering

Linelabs is not a sportsbook, casino, bookmaker, betting exchange, or licensed gaming operator. We do not accept, place, broker, pool, or facilitate wagers, and we never take custody of funds for the purpose of betting. Any bet you place is made by you, directly with a third-party operator, at your own discretion and risk.

Linelabs is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any sportsbook, sports league, team, athlete, or governing body. Third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and commentary.

4. Informational Purpose Only

Linelabs provides data-driven analysis, model-generated picks, projections, and market context for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional betting advice, or a recommendation that you place any particular wager.

You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions, line shopping, and bankroll management. Sports betting involves a substantial risk of financial loss. Only bet what you can afford to lose, and only where it is legal.

5. Performance Information

Performance figures shown on the Service — including win rates, ROI, net units, accuracy, and similar metrics — are historical and are frequently derived from backtesting or walk-forward simulation rather than from a live, real-money wagering account. Hypothetical and backtested results have inherent limitations and may differ materially from results that would have been, or will be, achieved in actual betting.

Past performance does not predict or guarantee future results. Linelabs does not represent or warrant that you will profit, break even, or avoid losses from using the Service. Where we report performance, we aim to show sample size and avoid selective reporting, but all figures are estimates subject to revision, data error, model drift, and variance.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout, in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current renewal price, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account portal or by emailing help@linelabsai.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

We may change subscription pricing on a going-forward basis. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before a price change takes effect on their plan. Founder pricing, where offered, is locked at the rate active when you subscribed for as long as your subscription remains continuously active and in good standing; cancelling and later resubscribing forfeits locked founder pricing.

7. Affiliate Relationships and Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party sportsbooks and services. Linelabs may receive compensation when you register for or use those products through our links. This does not add any cost to you and does not influence our model outputs, picks, or editorial content.

Third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Linelabs is not responsible for third-party content, offers, promotions, odds, settlement decisions, account actions, or the availability of any third-party service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute picks, model outputs, or subscription access to third parties.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the model or methodology.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including model outputs, pick formatting, methodology documentation, and design — is the intellectual property of Linelabs. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data, projection, or model output is accurate, complete, or current. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service and any betting decisions you make.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linelabs and its owners, operators, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost bets, lost winnings, or gambling losses, arising from or related to the Service or your reliance on its outputs. Linelabs’s total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid Linelabs in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linelabs and its owners, operators, and contributors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your betting activity, or your violation of these terms or of any applicable law.

12. Binding Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court and claims for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, you and Linelabs agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Tennessee or, at your election, by phone, video, or written submission.

You and Linelabs waive the right to a jury trial and agree not to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

30-day opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing help@linelabsai.com with your account email and the statement “I opt out of arbitration” within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent a dispute is not subject to arbitration, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers and reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
