1. Overview

Linelabs (“the Service”) is an informational analytics platform for sports bettors. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Linelabs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free members, and paid subscribers.

2. Informational Purpose Only

Linelabs provides data-driven analysis, model-generated picks, and market context for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or professional betting advice. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions, line shopping, and bankroll management. Sports betting involves risk of financial loss. Only bet what you can afford to lose, and in jurisdictions where it is legal.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the rate displayed at checkout. Pricing is in USD.

Founder pricing, where offered, is locked at the rate active at the time of your subscription for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. Cancelling and resubscribing forfeits locked founder pricing.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute picks, model outputs, or subscription access to third parties.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the model or methodology.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including model outputs, pick formatting, methodology documentation, and design — is the intellectual property of Linelabs. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness of any data or model output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linelabs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
